Rolled Paper Flower Tutorial

First off take a circle of your chosen paper – best to use heavy weight paper. My circle is about 10cm in diameter and patterned on one side and white on the other, but I guess you could make these in any size you like. Draw a spiral on one side of the paper – I’ve gone for a thickness of about 1cm or just a little thicker.

Next cut along your lines until you reach the middle. Once you’ve done that trim off the pointed end on the outside of the circle as it’s best to start the roll of the flower with a straight edge.

You now can start rolling the paper – start at the edge and keep rolling until you reach the middle.

You now have something like this – a lovely loose flower that you can use anywhere as a decoration.
